I'm Here to Win - Chris McCormackThis book is an eye-opener for anyone wanting to get the best from him/herself. It's inspiring, motivating and a fantastic read by an amazing athlete.
Gold Beyond Your Dreams - Heather Turland and Lowell Tarling
I read this before doing my first marathon. It's not superbly written, but it tells the story of a determined Aussie woman who won gold in the Commonwealth Games. I've read this many, many times and to this day Heather Turland remains one of my biggest inspirations.
Open - Andre Agassi
Possibly the best sports biography I have ever read. Brilliant.
Paula: My Story So Far - Paula Radcliffe
Don't we all want to be like Paula?
Bounce - Matthew Syed
The myth of talent.
Other
Great Expectations - Charles DickensFavourite book ever.
The Book Thief - Markus Zusac
There are no words to describe how beautifully written this book is.
April Fools Day - Bryce Courtenay
Steve Jobs - Walter Isaacson
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - Roald Dahl
Seriously, do I even have to explain? The man was a literary genius.
